Police say Shirley Catherine Dowrich has been located and is safe.

WASHINGTON — The Montgomery County police are asking for the public’s help finding a 77-year-old woman who has been missing since Monday.
Shirley Dowrich was last seen at about 9 a.m. Monday at her home, on Crisfield Road in Wheaton.
Police describe her as black; 5 feet, 7 inches tall; 120 pounds; with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black pants, a black shirt, a black hat and blue sneakers with pink soles. They say she frequents the Silver Spring central business district.
