WASHINGTON — A 56-year-old man who was last seen on Sunday was found dead in his car on Tuesday.
Roy Allen Flowers, of Gaithersburg, was found in his car in a public parking lot in Black Hill Regional Park in Germantown, according a Montgomery County police news release.
Flowers was last seen around 12 p.m. Saturday, driving a 2010 gray Nissan Versa.
Police say no foul play is suspected.
