Police on Wednesday are on the lookout for a man who robbed the HSBC Bank at 7637 Old Georgetown Rd. at about 2:15 p.m.
According to scanner traffic, the male suspect was wearing black sunglasses and black hat and fled on Old Georgetown Road toward Arlington Road.
The suspect implied a gun, though none was seen and he obtained an unknown amount of cash.
The bank is closed as the investigation is ongoing.
