Duncan Will Continue To Work For Lerners Despite Campaign For County Executive — Doug Duncan, the former three-term county executive running to regain the position, said his consulting work for the major developer is confined to projects in Prince George’s County. In Cross Country, It’s B-CC and Walter Johnson vs. Everybody Else — The two Bethesda schools have dominated the county’s cross country scene and appear poised to again this year. The B-CC girls team won its third straight Class 4A state title last season. The Walter Johnson boys team narrowly missed its fifth-straight 4A state title, but won counties and regionals.
