An accident at Jones Bridge Road and Rockville Pike has all northbound traffic being pushed to eastbound Jones Bridge Road.
The accident happened in the northbound intersection of MD 355 and Jones Bridge Road around 7 a.m.
MCFRS units responding to the scene reported one person trapped in a vehicle.
