North Bethesda Man Who Went On Robbery Spree Gets 16 Years — Ramon Gunn, 27, had a $70,000 salary, master’s degree and a new Mercedes. Then he went on a puzzling armed robbery spree and sexually assaulted a woman in early 2012. A judge last week sentenced him to 16 years in prison. [The Gazette]

Visualizing Where People Enter, Exit Metro — WMATA generated a visualization of where Metro riders get on and get off the system. The video shows the system on April 10, which with cherry blossom traffic and two downtown sporting events saw 871,000 riders. It was Metro’s fourth highest ridership day ever. [PlanItMetro]

Cardin Releases Introductory Video For Attorney General Campaign — Baltimore County Del. Jon Cardin, nephew of Sen. Ben Cardin, released a video detailing his reasons for running for Maryland Attorney General. Bethesda State Sen. Brian Frosh and Delegate Bill Frick are also expected to run for the position.
