WASHINGTON - An accident involving a Montgomery County Fire truck sent seven people to the hospital Sunday night -- including a Montgomery County Battalion Chief.

The accident happened around 8 p.m. at North Frederick Avenue and Montgomery Village Avenue in Gaithersburg Md., just off Interstate 270.

The Montgomery County Fire Department tells WTOP all seven injuries were minor.
