WASHINGTON - The Nationals continue their series with the Mets at Nationals Park this weekend and will then welcome in the second place Atlanta Braves on Monday night.

The Nationals currently hold a four game lead over the Braves in the National League East with roughly six weeks to play. They need eight more wins to assure themselves the first winning season since they came to Washington in 2005.

The Nationals also have some controversy surrounding starting pitcher Stephen Strasburg, his innings limit and when they will shut the pitcher down for the season.
