3rd person arrested in Elkton, Maryland slaying

BEAR, Del. (AP) — Authorities say a third person has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a man in Elkton, Maryland.

The Cecil County Sheriff’s Department in Maryland says 46-year-old Henry Eric Hamilton of Elkton was arrested Tuesday in Bear, Delaware.

Deputies tell The News Journal of Wilmington (http://delonline.us/1vxZgRS ) that Hamilton was arrested after authorities received a tip on his whereabouts.

Hamilton is charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the death of 31-year-old David Joel Robles Serrano of Wilmington. Serrano was killed Sept. 24 in a home in Elkton, where Hamilton lives.

Hamilton’s son, 23-year-old Hank William Hamilton of Bel Air, Maryland, and 45-year-old Kimberlie Marie Perez of Elkton were arrested last week. Hank Hamilton is charged with murder and Perez is charged with accessory after the fact.
