4 charged in slaying near Parkville motel

PARKVILLE, Md. (AP) — Baltimore County Police have arrested four men in the fatal shooting in an alley near a Parkville motel.

Police say on Friday that the four were arrested in the Aug. 17 shooting of 30-year-old Ramel Baker near the Welcome Inn.

Twemty-two-year-old Umar Hydeem Amin Foust, 19-year-old Jermell Lamont Foster, 20-year-old Nathaniel Martin Lawrence and his brother, 21-year-old Pompey Olivon Lawrence all have been charged with first-degree murder. They are being held without bail.

Officers believe there was an ongoing dispute between the four men and the victim.
