JOPPA, Md. (AP) -- The Harford County Sheriff's Office says a man was struck and killed by a CSX train while he was walking on the tracks in Joppa.
It happened about 12:15 p.m. Thursday near Route 7 and Joppa Road. Authorities say the man, identified as 37-year-old Kevin Scott Street of Aberdeen say the man was wearing headphones.
