FROSTBURG, Md. (AP) -- Maryland State Police arrested two Baltimore women after they say troopers found nearly 140 pounds of suspected marijuana in their car.
Police say 36-year-old Tamboura Hall was speeding on Interstate 68 in Frostburg about 9 p.m. Sunday when troopers stopped her.
Authorities say the suspect marijuana was in five luggage bags. The Times-News of Cumberland reports (http://bit.ly/158s8pW) that troopers estimated the street value of the suspected marijuana at more than $200,000.
Hall and a passenger in the car, 36-year-old Chanelle Williams, were charged with drug distribution and possession offenses.
