DUNDALK, Md. (AP) -- Baltimore County police say they've arrested a man who was holed up inside a beer distributor in Dundalk.
Tactical negotiators were speaking to the man, but police say he had no hostages. Police have not recovered a weapon. He was inside the business for about 4 hours before he was arrested shortly after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say the man created a disturbance at a K-Mart store earlier Wednesday afternoon and then broke into a nearby house. He then ran from the house, went inside the beer distributor and refused to come out. Forty-five people were evacuated from the business.
About 250 students were also held inside a nearby elementary school while negotiators spoke to the man. They've since returned home.
