207,000 commute daily into Baltimore

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Nearly 207,000 workers commute into Baltimore, ranking the city among the highest in the nation, according to new census figures.
Maryland, meanwhile, is among the leaders nationwide in long commutes.
More than 35
percent of Baltimore workers live outside of the city, according to the figures
released Tuesday by the U.S. Census Bureau. Nationally, 27.4 percent of workers
commute outside the county where they live.
