PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest in the murder of a University of Maryland Eastern Shore student.

Police say 21-year-old Edmond St. Clair of Severn died at a hospital Saturday night after he was stabbed during an altercation on the school's Somerset County campus.

According to police, St. Clair, his brother and another young man were driving through the campus when they came across three or four people walking in the street. The groups started fighting, and St. Clair was stabbed. Police say it appears the fight was part of an ongoing dispute.

Saturday was the culmination of the historically black university's annual homecoming week.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Solvers at 410-548-1776.
