LEONARDTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Authorities in St. Mary's County say they've arrested a 24-year-old Landover man and charged him with attempted murder after he shot another man during a fight.
The St. Mary's County Bureau of Criminal Investigations says officials arrested Jeramey K. Bradshaw in Calvert County on Friday. Authorities say they were called to the 45000 block of Coronado Drive in Great Mills on Feb. 11 for the report of a person shot. An investigation revealed that Bradshaw shot a 23- year-old man he was arguing with. That man, who was shot multiple times, is still recovering from his injuries.
Bradshaw has been charged with attempted second degree murder, assault and use of a handgun in the commission of a felony. He is being held on $1 million bond. A message left Monday at a telephone listing for Bradshaw was not immediately returned.
