1 dead, 2 hurt after stabbing in downtown Baltimore

BALTIMORE – One juvenile has died and two other people were injured after a stabbing in downtown Baltimore.

Baltimore City police say the victim died from injuries while in surgery.

The second victim is in critical condition and in surgery.

The third victim is in critical but stable condition.

Police did not provide ages or gender for any of the victims.

The stabbing, which occurred Tuesday afternoon about nine blocks from Ravens stadium, was caught on tape.

Baltimore police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said the stabbing happened at Howard and Fayette streets.

Guglielmi says it seemed as though the stabbing happened during some sort of fight. He said it wasn’t clear if the incident was related to Super Bowl celebration.
