GREENBELT, Md. - A Rockville woman who worked for a federal court contractor has been indicted on charges that she took bribes to falsify drug tests.
Fifty-year-old Lauren Jeannette Diggs was indicted Monday and arrested on Tuesday after the indictment was unsealed.
According to the six-count indictment, Diggs worked for a company that provides alcohol and drug treatment services. Prosecutors say Diggs and others sought and took bribes for performing and not performing court-mandated drug testing, and providing fake discharge certificates.
