WASHINGTON – Hazy smoke was reported inside Dulles International Airport Thursday morning.
Airport officials tweeted that the smoke was coming from an HVAC unit and they were ventilating gates A1 to A6.
No one was hurt.
Some United Express flights scheduled for those gates were temporarily relocated. The gates reopened after 10 a.m.
