W.Va. man gets prison for sex abuse, child porn

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. (AP) — A West Virginia man who pleaded no contest to sexual abuse and possession of child pornography has been sentenced to up to 29 years in prison.

Media outlets report 31-year-old Donald Freedman Graham of Inwood was sentenced Monday in Berkeley County Circuit Court.

Court records show West Virginia state police were notified in November 2012 of allegations involving the sexual abuse of three girls under Graham’s care. Two of the girls had been placed in his home by the Virginia Department of Social Services because their mother was deemed incapable of providing for them. The third girl was a family friend.

During the investigation, state police went to the home of Graham’s former girlfriend and found a memory card belonging to Graham containing numerous images of child pornography.
