Sketches released for suspects in D.C. burglary

WASHINGTON — Police in D.C. are looking for three people of interest in connection with an April 4 burglary.

The Metropolitan Police Department says the armed burglary occurred on a Friday afternoon when three people entered a location on the 3300 block of 7th Street NE and zip-tied the hands of eight victims. The suspects stole multiple items and fled.

One suspect is a thin black man, about 6 feet tall with a dark complexion. He wore a dark sweatshirt, was in his 20s and had a long gun.

The second man was also thin, black and 6 feet tall. He had a light complexion, braids or dreadlocks, was in his 20s and was armed with a semi-automatic handgun.

The last suspect was black, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and had a light complexion. His build was medium and he had short hair and a mustache. He was around 30 and used a semi-automatic handgun.
