CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) -- Visits from UCLA and ACC newcomer Louisville highlight Virginia's football schedule for next season.
The Cavaliers' 12-game slate includes seven home games, and 10 opponents who went to bowl games this season.
Besides opening the season against UCLA on Aug. 30 and playing Louisville two weeks later, also at Scott Stadium, Virginia's home games also include visits from Richmond (Sept. 6), Kent State (Sept. 27), Pittsburgh (Oct. 4), North Carolina (Oct. 25) and Miami (Nov. 22). Its road contests will be at BYU (Sept. 20), Duke (Oct. 18), Georgia Tech (Nov. 1), Florida State (Nov. 8) and the Cavaliers' tradition season finale at Virginia Tech on Friday, Nov. 28.
The game against the Hokies will mark the first time since 1996 the teams have not played on a Saturday.
