Teen girl missing in Germantown

WASHINGTON – A teenage girl is missing in Germantown, Md. and police are looking to the public for help.

Abigail Leann Strickland, 17, was last seen around noon on Monday, Dec., 30, according to the Montgomery County Police Department. Her last known location was in the 18500 block of Kingshill Road in Germantown.

Police and family are concerned because Strickland needs medication for a personality disorder.

Strickland is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds. She has dark blonde hair, blue eyes and wears dark-rimmed glasses. On Monday, she was last seen carrying roller blades and wearing a black University of Maryland hoodie, red jeans and black knee-high boots.
