CONWAY, S.C. (AP) -- A 35-year-old Virginia man has been indicted in the 2008 shooting death of a South Carolina man.
The Sun News of Myrtle Beach reported Thursday (http://bit.ly/16jWwwG ) that an Horry County grand jury has indicted Bradley Gerald Mullins of Clintwood, Va., on charges of burglary, armed robbery and murder in the death of 68-year-old Kelly Joe Elliott.
Authorities say Elliott was found dead in his Loris home from gunshot wounds to his head and chest.
Mullins is being held at county jail without bond on the murder charge and on $500,000 bond on the robbery and burglary charges.
It wasn't immediately clear whether Mullins has an attorney. Officials say three other men also are facing charges in Elliott's death.
