STAUNTON, Va. (AP) -- A plea hearing is set in Staunton for a former Frontier Culture Museum employee accused of taking almost $40,000 from the agency.
Forty-year-old Michael L. Sutton of Grottoes is scheduled to appear in Staunton Circuit Court at 2 p.m. Monday.
A Staunton grand jury indicted Sutton in April on charges of embezzlement and obtaining money by false pretenses.
Sutton is the museum's former marketing and sales director.
