PULASKI, Va. (AP) -- Two teens are facing criminal charges after a Pulaski man was shot in the neck with a pellet gun while driving.
Pulaski County Sheriff Jim Davis tells The Roanoke Times (http://bit.ly/12Qu0NE) the teens -- ages 15 and 16 -- face charges in juvenile court. He says they were visiting family near the area when the incident occurred and that the pellet gun was recovered.
Davis did not identify the boys due to their age.
A 54-year-old man was on his way home just before midnight Sunday when he felt a sharp pain in his neck. The man was not immediately identified.
The man didn't know what had happened until he went to the emergency room later, where it was discovered that he had a wound from a pellet gun.
