According to court documents, a witness told investigators that the confrontation started when Joseph Walker's minivan cut off Joseph Harvey's car on Saturday. Harvey's passenger told police that Walker pointed a gun at them as the vehicles swerved at each other. The drivers got out and the passenger says he heard several shots. Harvey was pronounced dead at a hospital.
