FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (AP) -- A Fredericksburg teen wants to know what you want to do before you die.
James Monroe High sophomore Max Glover led a project to install two giant chalkboard signs in downtown Fredericksburg where residents complete the sentence: Before I die, I want to.
The Free Lance-Star reports (http://bit.ly/10OkZCT) that Glover initiated the project after watching a video in which a New Orleans woman who created it four years ago talked about the reasons behind it. Since then, similar projects have sprung up all over the world.
The Fredericksburg signs were installed last weekend. Since then, dozens have filled in the blanks with their own dreams -- from falling in love to backpacking around the world.
Glover is documenting what is written for an independent study for his school's English department.
