WASHINGTON (AP) -- D.C. police have arrested two men, and a fourth suspect has been detained in a drive-by shooting that injured 13 people outside an apartment building.
Police say 19-year-old Andrew Allen of southeast Washington was arrested Thursday and charged with assault with intent to kill and conspiracy. Police also arrested 21-year-old Keith Bobb of northeast Washington on Thursday. He faces the same charges.
On March 15, 19-year-old Craig Wilson of southeast Washington was arrested in the case.
A fourth male suspect also has been arrested in another jurisdiction on separate charges.
The shooting occurred in the early morning hours of March 11. Police say shots were fired from at least one car that sped by a crowd of people standing outside a northwest Washington apartment complex.
