RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- Richmond Mayor Dwight Jones says the Washington Redskins' training facility is "on schedule and on time" and will be completed before July 25, when the team opens training camp at the 17-acre site.

Redskins general manager Bruce Allen says it is the organization's "field of dreams."

The team will spend about three weeks at the facility, which will be known as Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center. It will feature two full-size football fields and another large grassy area for drill work.

The Redskins will have a locker room, weight room and training area on the first floor of a building at one end of the facility. The second floor will house medical offices and other businesses.

Jones expects an 8-year lease with the Redskins to be signed next week.
