CATONSVILLE, Md. (AP) -- State police have a description of a car they believe was involved in a fatal hit-and-run on the Baltimore Beltway.
Police are looking for a gold Chevrolet Impala, model years 2001 to 2005. Police caution that they're not certain the Impala is the car that struck and killed 62-year-old Judith Hill early Thursday morning, but investigators want to find it. The car is believed to have damage to the front left side.
Hill was struck around 5 a.m. after parking her pickup truck on the right shoulder of Interstate 695 in Catonsville. Her body was found later on the left shoulder.
