FREDERICK, Md. (AP) - Frederick police have arrested a man they say kicked a 3- year-old girl in the head.
It happened about 9:20 p.m. Tuesday. The News-Post of Frederick ( http://bit.ly/UUABUj) says police were called to an apartment on a noise complaint. Officers say the girl's mother said 24-year-old David E. Fultz had become angry after a fight and kicked the child in the forehead.
The girl was taken to a local hospital.
Fultz has been charged with child abuse and assault. He is being held on $175,000 bail.
