Western Md. man killed by falling tree

OLDTOWN, Md. - Allegany County authorities say an Oldtown man died after a tree fell on him.
The Cumberland Times-News reports that the sheriff's office says Kenneth Richard Jr. died Sunday morning while cutting timber on private property near Oldtown.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
