Man whose son fell from 9th floor charged

SILVER SPRING, Md. - Montgomery County Police have charged the father of a 4-year-old who fell from a 9th-floor apartment window in Silver Spring.
Thirty-year-old Christopher Keith Harley of Temple Hills was arrested Oct. 26. He is charged with child neglect and leaving a child under the age of eight unattended. Harley was released on bond.
Police say on Oct. 11, the boy fell from the window. He remains hospitalized in serious condition.
