OWINGS MILLS, Md. - A 17-year-old Owings Mills High School student has been arrested after police say he brought a BB gun to school.
Baltimore County police say the student was arrested at the school and will be charged as a juvenile with possession of a dangerous weapon and disruption of school activities.
The school was placed on lockdown after several students reported seeing someone with a weapon on or near school grounds.
