WASHINGTON - The temperature at Dulles International Airport outside Washington has fallen below freezing for the first time this season.
The Washington Post ( http://wapo.st/Ru3YOp) reports that the temperature at Dulles fell to 30 degrees Saturday at 6:33 a.m.
The National Weather Service says that equals a record for Oct. 13 set in 1988. The normal low temperature for the date is 15 degrees higher.
