WASHINGTON - Authorities have arrested a 20-year-old man in connection with a 2008 homicide in Southeast Washington.
D.C. police say Christopher Holmes was charged Tuesday with second-degree murder in the killing of 22-year-old Omar Finney. Authorities say Finney was fatally shot in the 3200 block of 6th Street on August 11, 2008.
Finney was found lying on the sidewalk and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
