PASADENA, Md. - Anne Arundel County fire officials say a child playing with a lighter caused a house fire in Pasadena.
The blaze was reported about 10 a.m. Thursday on Kings Road. Firefighters arrived to find smoke coming from the second floor of a duplex. The fire in the second-floor bedroom was contained to the room and extinguished. There were no injuries.
The Capital of Annapolis ( http://bit.ly/Smn3O6) reports that seven people were displaced because of the fire, which caused an estimated $20,000 in damage.
