Va. man pleads guilty in deaths of 2 sisters

FARMVILLE, Va. - A Rustburg man has pleaded guilty in an accident that killed two Lynchburg sisters.

The News & Advance ( http://bit.ly/RWLTIn) reports 22-year-old Caleb Evans entered the plea this week to two counts of aggravated involuntary manslaughter in the July 2011 accident in Prince Edward County.

The accident killed 23-year-old Tara Davis and her 21-year-old sister, Tearle. The women were returning from a dance in Farmville when their vehicle was struck on U.S. Route 460.

Evans faces up to 20 years in prison on each count. Sentencing has been set for Nov. 13 in Prince Edward County Circuit Court.
