Authorities say 20-year-old Courtney Marie Tippett, the inmate, conspired with 20-year-old Kevin Bryant of Lexington Park to bring the medication into the detention. Bryant and 59-year-old Jesse Albert Humphries of Lexington Park went to the detention center and were taken into custody.

Tippett was charged with conspiracy to deliver contraband. Bryant was charged with conspiracy to deliver contraband into a place of confinement, and Humphries was charged with trespassing.
