LAUREL, Md. - Police in Prince George's County are seeking suspects in a robbery and a separate robbery attempt.
One occurred early last Friday at an Exxon gas station convenience store in Laurel, when police say two men stole an undetermined amount of cash during an armed hold-up.
The other happened in Landover Hills on Tuesday, when a passenger in a cab shot the driver in the leg, demanded money and ran off without paying. The passenger had been picked up from the New Carrollton Metro station and driven to an elementary school when the shooting occurred.
Police say the driver's wound is not life-threatening.
