BALTIMORE - A Pennsylvania man has pleaded guilty to secretly recording boys in public restrooms in Maryland.
Twenty-eight-year-old Brian Matthew Williams of West Chester, Pa., pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography on Thursday.
According to his plea agreement, Matthews spent several hours on May 6 at Maryland House and Chesapeake House rest stops on Interstate 95. Prosecutors say he went in and out of the men's restrooms, using his cell phone to filming several boys as they used the facilities.
If a U.S. District Court judge accepts the plea, Williams will be sentenced to between 10 and 14 years in prison on Feb. 1.
