Pr. George's Co. police ID man shot by officers

WASHINGTON - Prince George's County police have identified the man shot by officers Monday morning in Bladensburg as Damon Earl Wilson, 24, of Hyattsville.
A warrant has been issued for Wilson, charging him with attempted first degree murder, attempted second degree murder, and several other charges in connection with the incident.
Wilson is in critical but stable condition, police say.

BLADENSBURG, Md. - Authorities say a Prince George's County officer has shot a man who was involved in a domestic dispute in the Bladensburg area.
Police say they were called to the 3500 block of 55th Avenue about 8 p.m. Sunday. Authorities say they encountered a man with a knife and that the man lunged at an officer. Police say the officer shot the man twice.
The man suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
