LA PLATA, Md. (AP) - Authorities say a Waldorf, Md., man has been charged with selling marijuana out of an ice cream truck.
WRC-TV reported Tuesday that a Charles County sheriff's spokeswoman said deputies found bags of marijuana and a stash of cash in a truck operated by 20-year-old Alexander Hoskins.
She said officers acting on a tip stopped the truck at Bayswater Court and Sheffield Circle and a drug-detection dog alerted on the vehicle. They reported finding the marijuana and cash in Hoskins' underwear.
He was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and released on bond.
