Md. man sentenced for stabbing father-in-law

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - A man who admitted stabbing his father-in-law has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Twenty-three-year-old Joshua Bassford was sentenced Monday. He pleaded guilty to assault in January in the stabbing of Frederick Wiebel Jr.
The Herald Mail of Hagerstown ( http://bit.ly/HroiHh) reports prosecutors said Bassford stabbed Wiebel on Aug. 24 after Bassford wiped out Wiebel's computer records. During the argument that followed, Bassfordgot a knife and stabbed Wiebel in the chest.
