WASHINGTON - A road named "Spay Today Way" might make a driver do a double-take, but it's being proposed in Virginia by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
Gov. Bob McDonnell still has to sign the bill, which would take then take effect July 1.
PETA is willing to pay, but the nonprofit
The roads could sell for anywhere between $5,000 to $200,000.
