WTOP’s Segraves hosts At-Large debate for D.C. Council

WASHINGTON – Four candidates are running in the Democratic primary for an At-Large seat on the D.C. Council, including a former D.C. councilmember, a minister and a former Prince George’s County Council chairman.

Prior to the April 3 election, WTOP’s Mark Segraves moderated a debate Tuesday night between the candidates. The Debate was sponsored by the Ward 6 Democrats and was held at Brent Elementary School in Southeast.

The slate includes current Councilmember Vincent Orange, former Councilmember Sekou Biddle, Former Prince George’s County Council Chairman Peter Shapiro and Rev. Dr. E. Gail Anderson Holness.
