FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - A Fredericksburg photographer will spend more than two years behind bars for taking nude pictures of clients without their consent.
Craig Stephen Faulkner was sentenced Monday on felony charges of possession of child pornography and filming a minor nude, 18 misdemeanor charges of unlawful filming and one misdemeanor count of having no business license.
The Free Lance-Star ( http://bit.ly/zkM4Yy) reports that Fredericksburg Circuit Court Judge Gordon Willis sentenced Faulkner to a total 24 years, and then suspended all but 30 months.
The investigation began in January 2011 when two women told police about a hidden camera in a changing room at Faulkner's home.
Prosecutor Travis Bird says Faulkner had secretly filmed women for years. He says police found more than 20 victims.
