NANJEMOY, Md. - The Charles County Sheriff's office says remains found in Nanjemoy have been identified as those of a missing Prince George's County woman.
The sheriff's office says the remains found in January near Purse State Park have been identified as those of 29-year-old Crystal Keyona Anderson of Landover. Anderson was reported missing by her mother last August, and authorities say they are seeking information about the woman's death. A hiker found partial remains and search teams later found additional skeletal remains.
Prince George's County detectives contacted the Charles County Sheriff's Office after learning Anderson had lived in the county.
