Sex survey: Busy bedroom important in marriage

WASHINGTON – Want a happy wife? Have a busy bedroom.

An iVillage survey of wives shows 75 percent say a good sex life with their spouse is “very or extremely important.” Only 16 percent say it’s “somewhat important.”

USA Today also reports the survey found 44 percent of wives get in the mood when their spouse “says nice things.”

Nearly 20 percent say if their spouse cleans the house or makes dinner, it’s a turn-on.

The survey also shows that nearly half of wives admit they had better sex before they had kids, and that stress reduces their interest in intimacy.
